Since 1993, the Huazhong Type 1 numerical control system with independent intellectual property rights has been launched, achieving a breakthrough in domestic high-performance numerical control technology and equipping Chinese machine tools with a "Chinese brain". By April 2021, Huazhong CNC released the Huazhong 9 intelligent CNC system, which was the first to be equipped with an AI chip, endowing machine tools with a "smart brain"... It is reported that the Huazhong 10-type intelligent numerical control system adopts an innovative "1+2+3" architecture, breaking through the bottlenecks of traditional numerical control technology. Huagong Laser: A new member joins the family of 3D five-axis laser equipment
Huaguang Laser is a pioneer in China's industrial application of lasers and a "Hubei model" of independent innovation in high-end equipment. It has achieved key technological breakthroughs in areas such as 3D five-axis laser cutting, semiconductor wafer cutting, and ultrafast laser precision processing, with some of its functions and performance reaching international leading levels.
At the exhibition, Huaguang Laser will showcase two heavyweight laser equipment products.
One is the latest generation of 3D five-axis laser cutting intelligent equipment.
The 3D five-axis laser cutting machine is a star product of Huaguang Laser. "It only takes about 2 seconds for a pulsed laser beam to complete micro-hole processing with a diameter of less than 0.3 millimeters." The entire equipment is optimized in terms of the manufacturing materials and engineering structure of the bed and cantilever, and the laser processing head structure integrates a coaxial optical detection sensor system, which can meet the laser drilling, cutting and welding functions of complex curved surface components such as combustion chambers and blades of aerospace engines, according to the R&D personnel of Huagong Laser.
