The person in charge told reporters that with the acceleration of the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry, the demand from emerging industries has increased significantly this year, and workers have been working overtime since the beginning of the year to catch up with orders.

       Guangdong Foshan, another CNC airport enterprise is also a busy scene. It is understood that, unlike in the past, under the impetus of emerging industries, the production enterprises have higher requirements for the processing accuracy and delivery cycle of CNC machine tools.

Under the help of the national large-scale equipment renewal and consumer goods to replace the old and new policies, the domestic CNC machine tool industry ushered in rapid development. The latest data show that in 2024, the production of metal processing machine tools in China is 205 billion yuan, an increase of 5.1%. In 2024, new orders for metal processing machine tools and orders in hand increased by 5.5% and 10.8%, respectively.

With the gradual improvement of the domestic machine tool industry chain, the localization of high-end CNC machine tools continues to accelerate. Industrial machine enterprises seize market opportunities and accelerate the expansion of overseas markets.

        In Foshan, Guangdong, another machine tool production enterprise, the reporter saw a laser CNC machine tool is working. Through self-developed optical control and path planning software, the company has turned the laser into a smart carving knife, carving fine textures on a variety of complex surfaces.

      According to the data of the China Machine Tool Industry Association, the export volume of machine tool commodities in 2024 was 21.72 billion US dollars, an increase of 4%.
